Renaissance Academy has a rich history of success in the Albuquerque Charter School League, with first place finishes dating back to 2010. Students in grades 6-8 have the opportunity to participate in our athletics programs, which includes basketball and volleyball for both girls and boys. Last year, both our boys basketball team and girls volleyball team took Runner-Up honors in hard fought seasons, and we look froward to another great year!

Our scholars may also participate in interscholastic NMAA sanctioned sports and extracurricular activities at their APS home district middle school. Guidelines regulating these sports and activities can be found in the Interscholastic Athletic Participation Guidelines.

Renaissance Academy is proud to partner with i9 Sports to help our scholars participate in team or individual sporta that the school is unable to offer. Please see there website for an updated list of opportunities for the year.
